Why Is This Showing Up Here... But Not There?

Kaito Bangudi, mindset coach for business owners

When I was trying to launch my business, I eventually reached a painful conclusion: Maybe something was wrong with me.

I had read the books. I knew the strategies. I knew what I was supposed to do...so why wasn't I doing it?

Like most people, I assumed I just needed to push harder, become more consistent, or find the right strategy.

It wasn't until I sat in a coaching conversation that I realized something I'd never considered before.

I stopped asking, "What's wrong with me?" and started asking, "Why am I doing this here, but not there?"

That question changed the way I think about people.

Because I would procrastinate, but I wasn't procrastinating on everything. And I would stay pretty busy.

I wasn't avoiding effort...I was avoiding exposure.

I could spend hours improving my website.

But when it came time to reach out to potential clients...
make an offer...
or have the conversations that could actually grow my business...

I hesitated.

Once I recognized it in myself, I started seeing it everywhere.
Client after client had different behaviors...but the same pattern.

That wasn't laziness or a lack of will.

The truth was, part of me wanted to grow. But another part of me was trying to avoid being judged. The hesitation was that conflict, playing out in real time.

People rarely struggle because they don't know what to do. They struggle because something beneath the surface is quietly influencing their decisions.

The behavior wasn't the problem, it was actually a clue.

Once you understand what's driving that internal conflict, the behavior begins to make sense and that's when real change becomes possible.

That's why my coaching doesn't start with another strategy.

It starts by understanding the person who's trying to use it.
